Kevin Rudd Petition!
Hey guys and gals! Just a quick blog for any Kevin Rudd fans or 'Ruddites' out there :) A petition has been started to try and get Kevin Rudd reinstated as the leader of the Australian Labor Party (ALP), which I believe will help the ALP win the next election thus protecting us all from the mad monk Tony Abbott and his homophobic, sexist, racist etc views which I'm sure he will force on us all (bleh!). So if you want to sign the petition you can do so by following this link!

New kawaii decoden goodies!
Couldn't sleep last night so I stayed up and made some more decoden boxes, these ones are super cute and have six mini compartments inside for storing treasures!
The first one I went with a vague pink and green theme because I think pink and green always look fab together :) And I love the big sparkly Hello Kitty bow! Definitely going to order some more of those, they're super cute and shiny ^_^

The second one I just wanted cute fun pastel-ish colours! Mostly pink, purple and yellow (all happy colours! yay!) I used a purple Hello Kitty bow this time because I was out of sparkly ones lol. But I think the purple bow is still super cute! ^_^

Vote for women’s rights in Egypt - Amnesty International Australia
Egyptian women were instrumental in overthrowing the repressive regime of President Hosni Mubarak in early 2011. Hopes were raised that women could start to enjoy equal rights with men - as long documented on paper in Egypt's Constitutions.
Yet these hopes have not been fulfilled. Recent video footage has captured the Egyptian military's brutal assault of a female protester who was dragged, clothes stripped back to show her underwear, beaten and kicked until she appeared unconscious - raising even more concerns of systematic discrimination and violence against women in Egypt.
Women are still being largely excluded from taking part in shaping their country's future. Their full and equal participation must be allowed as national elections continue into 2012.Women must be on an equal footing with men as the country enters a new era.
Send an email to Egyptian Prime Minister Kamal al-Ganzouri, calling on him to ensure that:
- Human rights, non-discrimination and equality are at the heart of reforms
- Women can vote and run for public office without facing restrictions, harassment or coercion
- Women can play an active role in forming government policy and reforms.
- Letters can be sent by post to:
Prime Minister Kamal al-Ganzouri

Kasr Al Aini St.
